Your satisfaction with your order is very important to us. We give you 14 days to explore the products and make a purchasing decision. If for any reason you wish to exchange the product you have ordered, please return the product you previously ordered and place a new order.

ATTENTION: All our products leave the warehouse or factory in perfect condition. If you notice any external damage to the shipping, please clearly state it in the courier dispatch notice stating "PACKAGING VISIBLE" and notify us immediately by email. Make sure the package arrives in perfect condition. Please note that we cannot be responsible for complaints regarding damaged or defective packages made after 24 hours of delivery.

How to return products:

Be careful with the product you are returning and its Original packaging. If you have used or carelessly used the product, you are responsible for any decline in the value of the product up to the full value of the product. Please return all parts, including the operating instructions.

For sealed products, only unopened packages are eligible for return. Examples of sealed products are games, movies, or music recordings. If you are returning cosmetics and natural products, the products should be in unopened original packaging.

Fill out the return notification that came with the product and send it with the product you want to return in the package. Don't forget to provide your bank account number so we can refund your account.

Attach the completed address label that came with the shipment to the return envelope or package to be returned.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer and please inform us in advance of the return by email addressed to our customer service.

Request a receipt for your return. The receipt is proof of return, so keep it for at least 3 months.

If you have received a defective or incorrect product from us, please return the product as directed. The "Additional Information" column in the return notification should state how the product is defective and whether you would like us to ship a replacement for the defective/incorrect product. In the case of a faulty or defective product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new product.

Products that are manufactured or modified to customer specifications are not eligible for a refund. This exception is mentioned in the product text. Products that have been opened for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Cosmetic and healthcare packaging should be returned in unopened original packaging. If you are returning, for example, perfumes, hairspray, nail polish, cleansers or bleach powders, use the original shipping label with warning labels.

Intimate and toiletries cannot be returned. These include hair care equipment and hairdressers, razors, epilators, hair trimmers, electric toothbrushes and oral hygiene equipment, fever and blood pressure monitors and bedding. Products that are manufactured or modified to customer specifications are not eligible for a refund.

Note. If you no longer have the original shipping packaging or have only had the product delivered home, please contact our customer service. You will receive separate packing and labeling instructions for return.


We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, provided we have received your refund or received proof that you have returned the products. Refunds will be paid using the payment method you used to place your order. If you return your order in full, we will also refund the shipping fee.

Debit card charges will be on the same payment card you used to pay for your order.

Providing your account number at the time of refund is very important if you have paid for your order by invoice or online payment so that we can refund your bank account.

If you used your Ålandsbanken or S-Bank account to pay for your order, we will send you a refund as follows: we will send you an email with a link to log in with your bank account and enter your account number for a refund.

If you have selected an invoice as your payment method and would only like to return some of your products, subtract the price of the products you returned from the total invoice for the shipment. However, when you return only some of the products in your order, you will still have to pay shipping charges.
