Delivery and Shipping Cost


Free shipping in on all purchases over €29.99 or equivalent and estimated delivery time 2-8 business days. 

We also offer other different shipping options.

Shipping costs depend on the quantity and weight of the products. Sometimes the order has to be shipped in parts, for example, due to the size of the product. For large products, the only possible delivery may be home delivery.

Be sure to include the recipient's phone number when ordering. In the case of home delivery, we will arrange an exact delivery time. An arrival notification will be sent to the phone number you provided if the order is delivered to a department store or collection point.

Delivery to Post office or parcel terminal

We deliver your order to the parcel terminal or post office of your choice, where you can easily pick it up. An arrival notification will arrive at the phone number you provided when the shipment can be picked up. You will have 7 days from the date of receipt of your arrival notification to pick up your shipment.

If the shipment is too large or the parcel terminal is full, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. If the shipment does not fit into the parcel terminal controlled by the parcel control service, the shipment will be delivered to the post office of your address. In this case, we'll let you know where you can pick up the shipment. 

When picking up your parcel from the Post Office, you will be required to provide your ID and tracking code.
Home delivery

All products have a choice of home delivery method. Please note that some products (such as large furniture) can only be delivered by paid home delivery and cannot be picked up from the Post Office.

If you opt for home delivery for your order, please provide a phone number when ordering so that Postal will contact you to arrange a home delivery time. The order will be delivered in urban areas Mon-Fri 9 am - 9 pm and elsewhere in the country 9 am - 2 pm.

Refunds are not covered by the Home Delivery Service. If you wish to return the product, you must return the package yourself to the post office or arrange with the Post to collect the product yourself (paid). The postal delivery service will deliver the parcel to the address indicated on the address card up to your apartment, close to the apartment's front door, and requires unrestricted access.

For home delivery, the maximum weight of an individual shipment may be up to 120 kg for home delivery. Weights over 120 kg are unloaded in the immediate vicinity of the Post's vehicle, at the location indicated by the addressee. Adequate protection of the floors is the responsibility of the recipient.


Once the order is paid, no changes can be made to the order. After payment, the order will be immediately processed.


Unless otherwise stated in the product information, products available for transfer to the shopping cart are in stock at the online store. If the product is sold out and the product information is still visible, we will send a separate notice when the product is out of stock.

The E-commerce shopping cart does not reserve products until the order is paid by the customer. As a result, your order may be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you by email and refund the finished product to your original payment method.

The availability of products may fluctuate rapidly. We cannot guarantee the availability of an individual product.


The order can also be picked up by someone other than the subscriber. In this case, the address and telephone number of the different recipient will be recorded for the home delivery order. For orders picked up from the mail, it is sufficient to enter in the shopping cart the recipient's phone number to which the order's arrival notice will be sent.

The other person will retrieve the shipment by mailbox or parcel machine with a compartment code sent by SMS, the shipment ID, and the photo ID if the shipment is a regular Postage parcel.

You can prove your identity with a passport, police ID or driver's license. If the receiver of the packet is other than the recipient indicated on the transmission, the receiver of the packet must also have a power of attorney.
